You have the tools.
Let’s connect the work.
The client is in one system, the quote in another and the report in a spreadsheet. When information does not move between them, people become the connection, copying, checking and updating.
Talk on WhatsAppStart with the information that needs to move
We identify the source, destination and person responsible for each update. Then we check available connections, access permissions and any licensing or data-quality constraints.
Choose a connection you can maintain
Sometimes a built-in integration is enough. Other cases call for an API connection, file import or a defined manual step. The report sets out options and obstacles before implementation. Not every system supports every connection.
Look at the working environment too
I bring CTO and IT experience across servers, computers and networks. When a solution depends on infrastructure, I can help plan the connection and involve suitable specialists. Monitoring and maintenance are scoped separately.
Understand first, then build
A day in your business and a practical report
I visit, observe the workflows and speak with the people within our agreed scope. You get a report covering opportunities, obstacles and possible solutions.
Implementation, if you choose
You can act on the report yourself or work with another provider. If we continue together, we agree the scope and build the solution.
Monitoring and maintenance
Support by agreement: fixes, improvements, new features and help with hosting through a suitable provider or in a local environment.
Business understanding, CTO experience and IT expertise. Looking at the process, people and systems together.
Questions along the way
Can any two systems be connected?
Not always. It depends on the available interfaces, access permissions, provider terms and data formats. We check feasibility before implementation.
What if some systems run locally?
We review the IT environment and access requirements. A combination of online services and local systems can be assessed against the business constraints and security needs.
What happens when a software provider changes its system?
Provider changes can affect an integration. A maintenance agreement can cover monitoring, fixes and adaptations. Coverage and response times are agreed in advance.
