Services for business / 01

Less repeat work.
More time for business.

Copying between files. Chasing tasks. Sending another message to check a status. Before automating a process, we need to see how the work actually gets done.

Talk on WhatsApp

Where should we start?

With a repeat task that takes attention away from useful work. Client onboarding, quote follow-ups, team handovers or reporting are good places to look. We map who does what, what triggers the next step and where human judgment matters.

What comes out of discovery?

A practical report covering opportunities, obstacles and possible solutions. It separates process changes from tool integrations and new development. You can implement it yourself, take it to another provider or choose to work with me.

How does it become a working solution?

If you choose to continue, we define the workflow, the information it needs and the exceptions it must handle. Implementation is tested with the people who will use it. Scope, timing and ongoing support are agreed separately.

How we work together

Understand first, then build

  1. A day in your business and a practical report

I visit, observe the workflows and speak with the people within our agreed scope. You get a report covering opportunities, obstacles and possible solutions.

  2. Implementation, if you choose

You can act on the report yourself or work with another provider. If we continue together, we agree the scope and build the solution.

  3. Monitoring and maintenance

Support by agreement: fixes, improvements, new features and help with hosting through a suitable provider or in a local environment.

Business understanding, CTO experience and IT expertise. Looking at the process, people and systems together.

Questions along the way

Do we have to replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools that already work for you. A focused change or connection may be enough; new development is considered when an important need is still unmet.

Can every process be automated?

No. Work that needs judgment, relies on missing information or changes constantly may need a process change first. Finding that out is part of discovery.

Does the report commit us to development?

No. The report is a deliverable you can act on without commissioning implementation from me.
